Could someone please help me? I am having a problem trying to burn cds. It seems that no matter what I do I get the error messag "Burn process fail at xx" I've reduced the speed numerous times, uninstalle windows xp sp2 and changed the type of disc turned the DMA on and off nearly everything you can think of. Originally it started with the cd burner that came with my computer only recently so I decided to get a dvd burner since I needed on any way. I am able to burn dvds but not cds. I personally do not like this version of Nero7, I would uninstall, run this clean tool, http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then install this older more stable version, 7.0.8.2 from here http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?845 Update your firmware from here DMA needs to be on , go here for a guide to turn on,http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/260038 High usage is common with this version of Nero Your burn speed is 16X not 48X
