I have done everything that I have seen you recommend. Cleaned Nero Ultra and reinstalled the link from site to Nero .18. I have presario with a HS-H429A. I can get from disc to HD but cannot get from HD back to disc. I tried to get firmware update, but don't think that worked. When I put in a Memorex DVD+R 8.5 Gig it does not see it. If I put in the HP DVD-R 4.7 it does not see it. When I go through Nero recode to burn to disc Nero does not show the burner only the Hard Drive or record image. I cannot find a Nero history log folder.
Hi jdhj1943 You'll need a dvd burner to burn them to disc. The model # you list - do you mean TS-H429A? That's a cd writer/dvd rom. Will only read dvd's not burn to them. That's why Recode doesn't show this drive.
