Nero Burning ROM- Disk Read error after successful burn-help!!

Hey peeps,

I had until recently no problems burning anything on any type of media in my Toshiba SD-R6472 DVD Writer. Now, since i installed CDR Win (I think they are connected, but not entirely sure...) none of my successful burn disks are readable, in my machine or any other. So i went through what steps i knew, update firmware, uninstall the deveice then let windows reinstall, finally i gave up and reformatted windows, and still the disks are unreadable, after a successful burn.
Here is the Nero log from the last successful burn, and below it is my infotool log. If anyone has any ideas I would realy appreciate them, and if it looks like my drive is shafted-do tell me!
