whenever I open nero burning rom it comes up with a window saying 'nero buring rom has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconveniance.' it has always worked up until recently, I tried re-installing it but that made no difference. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me out. Thanks.
Have you loaded any other DVD burning type software? When you reinstalled, did you use the clean tool to remove the old install? Maybe some file got replaced that won't work with Nero, or some other type of corruption/interference.
That happens to me occasionally. I run scandisk, restart, defrag, restart, and that has worked for me so far... Things usually goof up on me after I update windows.
