nero burning rom??

    i have the latest version of nero startsmart, how do i get to nero burning rom? thanks.

    Open StartSmart and choose it.

    That's not an option, it only has nero express.

    Are you sure you have the full version of Nero and not an OEM. If you have the StartSmart screen like mine with the programs listed make sure it is not hidden, use the little arrow button to the right of the top program, you can barely see it but it is next to Nero Burning Rom for up and on the bottom it is showing next to Nero PhotoSnap Viewer.

    I know what you're talking about but mine doesn't have that :(
    I got mine with my dvd burner i bought..
    is there anything else i can use? because I'm trying to convert my file into a vob or something other than avi..and i really dont know what to do now.

    Use Avi2DVD as it is free and it will convert .avi to mpeg-2 DVD Compliant files

    After conversion you can then use Nero Recode or Shrink to compress the files if needed and then use Nero or Imgburn to burn the files to DVD.

    You can use NeroVision also on those files if you have it and make a movie that way
