If you are using Nero to do this then I suggest you use Nero Recode

Post a Nero log, located here

Nero 6 history log location: Program Files>Ahead>Nero>NeroHistory.txt

Nero 7 history log location: Program Files>Nero>Nero 7>Core>NeroHistory.tx

This log is different to the one you have posted.

Once you locate Nero7 folder, look for Core......then history

Edit out your serial number before someone pirates it

I do NOT like this version, heres what I have done , uninstalled 7.2.3.2b, ran this clean tool
http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then installed 7.0.8.2 from here
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?845

I cant locate your burner details from this log, go to Nero StartSmart, Info Tools and locate your burner details and post them.

Have you burned DVDs prior to this.

You will have to use your existing Serial number. Once d/l complete, post your burner details from StartSmart, Info Tools.

I am not certain, but I dont see that you actually have a DVD burner, you have a CD burner , that I can confirm....just not your DVD burner.
