My software of Nero (which is 1.7.90A or whatever) will not burn DVDs and says it's an "illegal disk", and then right after says "could not perform start of Disk-At-Once". I disabled disk-at-once, and I also disabled overwrite/overburn. I'm using standard DVDs, and I've tried more than one of them, so I know something's up. Please help, it would be greatly appreciated.

My DVD Drive is: TDK DVDRW0404N

Here's the log file for one of my failed attempts:

I don't think your burner like your discs
which I think are Memorex. Most people here go for Verbatim made in Japan.

Also you may wish to update your filmware:

You might also look at the configuration of your drives. It appears you have the CD on as Master, on the secondary IDE channel, with the DMA off and the DVD as slave.

You might think about reversing that and making the DVD Master, but at least see if you can get the DMA on for the CD drive, if the drive is capable.
