Nero CD Copying

    hi, i use the Nero Express program which is just like regular nero except the cheap version, i have a 1997 game, (i guess i am not allowed to say the game) that i want to make a legal backup copy for myself because i have a habit of scratching CD's. the game Total Annihilation, i am trying to copy, HOW? do i just do the copy entire cd?

    If the CD has some protection Nero is not enough powerful. Read the 'backup protect CD'thread in the main page.

    Actually, I'm pretty sure that TA [at least the version in Canada] has no copy protection on it so it might be possible to use Nero to backup that CD.

    When in doubt, use a CDRW.

    If the CD has no protections at all you can copy all files on the HD and then burn them back.

    A more elegant way is image making and burning (choose 'Copy CD' in Nero).

    alright. thanx for the help, it worked good and now i have a nice new LEGAL copy of the cd
