When using NVE3, I inserted 15 chapter points. When played back on a finished DVD, the last two chapters start at the wrong place. They start about 30 seconds into the clip from the point we placed them on the time line. I tried playing the DVD on another set-top player and it had the same problem. The DVD drive that burned this disk also goes to the wrong place when either of the last two chapter buttons is hit. I deleted the two problem chapter points and burned another DVD and had the exact same problem at the same locations. I am using an .mpg file exported from Premiere 6.5 using their Ligos codec. It is set to place audio and video into the same file. I am exporting the original .avi file to .mpg again to see if there is a problem with the .mpg file. The .mpg itself looks fine when played from either Windows Media Player and Nero. Any suggestions? Thanks.
