I have a bunch of commercials and videos, some .mov, that I'd like to burn to dvd but Nerovision chokes on the .mov files. It takes an extremely long time to analyze then, took me about 5 times to get to the point where I could burn them, then after about an hour of transcoding, it bombed out with an error and even after I closed it I got one of those Windows "memory allocation" errors pop up. Anyone ever run into this? Main reason I want to get this fixed is my digital camera takes short 30 sec films and saves them as .mov and I've got a ton of them from filming my kids over the years and I'd like to eventually get them on dvd as well. TIA
i have a friend that was talking about this the other day. he said that the older versions of nero would do mov files. i think he said 6.6.0.11 would do them, im not absolutely sure about that though, because i havent tried it myself.
SkyRocker My digital camera also saves as .MOV files. Using Nero 7 - Nero Vision 4 - Create DVD - Add files .MOV - no problem. Pent 4 - 2.4 with 1.5 gig ram. I have only done from the camera - no commercial ones. Computer specs ? ( ram ? ).
