nero cover designer parameter is incorrect??

i tried to burn a label with nero 7 cover designer on a disk and when i went to change the lightscibe application preferences to best in the print contrast it opens up a error nero cover designer "parameter is incorrect"

and the default lightscibe drive is blank and i cant pick my lightscribe drive hp 740i.. the drive shows up in the device manager and say working properly

it was working fine before and i just burned a CD but now i cant do a lightscribe on a disc
