Nero Customer Service Poor

    I purchased Nero 7 Ultra Edition Enhanced in December of 2007. I had some problems with it and emailed Nero for help. No reply. I then faxed the information to them. No reply. I emailed them again. No reply.
    This month, April, 2008, I found Nero 8 Ultra Edition on sale and decided to buy it since I heard it was simplified for the user compared to Nero 7. I purchased the program from a retail store and contained within the box with the disc and quickstart guide was a card instructing me to register my purchase of Nero 8 and receive 10 working days of free technical support. The card said go to my.nero.com to do this, which I tried to do but it would no allow me the registration form since I had already registered with Nero.com when I purchased Nero 7. Therefore I emailed my problem using the link on the my.nero.com website explaining the problem and requesting assistance so I could qualify for the 10 days of technical support. Again, no reply.
    Does anyone have a solution to this problem. Thanks in advance.

    nero sucks that way

    there are alot of free apps oout there / here that are just as good with support...

    do you need help post here any probs and we all try to help you out...

    Thanks for the info, Rotary. It's sad that company that provides such poor service can stay in business. I must presume that they have cornered this type of software.
