I just want to applaud Nero Customer Service. Last May, I purchased a full copy of Nero from Eagletronics.com. I tried to update my software and it was not accepting my key. Long story short, it was pirated. Eagletronics.com is gone. After some e-mails back and forth with Nero customer service, they gave me a new key for an OEM version and I upgraded from them directly for $50 to the full version. They did not have to do anything for me however they went out of their way to keep a customer happy. Thanks
