i have installed Nero due to having problems burning music disks with Nero 7. With Nero i am able to burn music to CDs but now when i try doing a Data disk it goes through the whole process, says that it is done but when you put the disk in the drive to open it, it says there is nothing there. When i try to burn data to the disk again it says it is full. I have tried loads of different brands of disk, both DVD & CD, with the same results. Can anyone suggest where i am going wrong or has anyone had the same problem?

Post your Nero History log located in this path: Nero 6: Program Files > Ahead > Nero > NeroHistory Nero 7: Program Files > Nero > Nero7 > Core > NeroHistory The log is divided into sections, one for each of the last several attempts. Each section begins with a Nero Burning ROM header followed by your name and program serial number. [bold]Omit your name and serial number before posting[/bold]. Post the section that deals with this problem, likely the last section of the log. When you uninstall and reinstall, it is necessary to use the appropriate Nero Clean Tool. Did you use a Clean Tool to uninstall the previous version?
