Hi guys. So this is a (heavily) shared computer, and I tried to use DVD shrink to back-up a dvd today, and it told me that Nero was not installed. So I checked and the start smart icon was no longer on my desktop. I ran a search for Nero, and a lot of left-over files came up. When I try to open one of the programs it finds, it tells me there are missing files and to re-install Nero. I don't know how I would do that without paying again. Of all these files I found left over, should I look for one that could be used to re-install Nero or at least find out what happened to it?
try a system restore on your computer to a earlier time if that wont help you will need your License Number that was issued by nero when you first installed nero if you have the license number go to nero.com and download the program
