@monstuo, What brand of media do you use? Also, you mention Nro Vision...Is this a program that you like? Many here seem to not like the reliability of nero vision express. Are you using decrypter or shrink or any other program for handling the encrypted dvd? Have you tried down loading one of the free apps and run the dvd through that app? I'm just trying to get a little more info. Thanks MovieDud
monstruo As Bigfatboy said Up date your firmware. Link provided above. Your media is not being recognized - only that's it's a +R Is related to your drive not recognizing the media or poor media A firmware update should sort this out.
Thanks FatBoy and Binkie7 Really appreciate your help I've install the latest driver for my driver and run nero clean tool, reinstall the nero 6 and gonna burn @ 4x and btw, everytime i try change my speed setting on the Vision Express, there's only "MAX" and nothing else. Did i miss something?? I really like VE - easy to create my complication of videos. Any Solution?? MovieDud, for the time being i hvn copy any actual DVD. Thus, i'm not using decrypter or shrink or any other program for handling the encrypted dvd; well, i've download DVD shrink, still figuring that program out though, heee. Now, i'm just trying to dump my data into DVD, relieve my hard-disk. So i guess nero 6 burning rom which i prefered, throw the Vision express away... was the only solution visible to me. I'm still new to all the DVD burning stuff, not lazy to find out, spent my whole nite searching for help. THANKS GUYS!!!!
@monstruo Not a prob! That's what aD is all about! As for max speed since you only have the burner to read and write - Nero will list the burn speeds of the disc it's reading. Just click on the tab to reduce the burn speed from max. If it's a dvd rom the speeds to pick will be 1x,2x,2.4x & max. Hey and post back your results: good, bad or otherwise!
Thanks, I really dont understand... 10minutes ago, I check only MAX was available. Later i boost my virtual to max since i have 1.5gb of ram and 240gb of space on my com. Start NV and found out it works.. Now i can select other speed option. However i'm look for other encoding. I managed to play one of the burn error dvd, not really impress.. lot of pixeling.. Any recomends? I read from this forum about TMPGEnc, seems not a bad try... guys so any good encoding prog.. **reading forums**
