I have a problem with everytime I go to make dvd video, then add video files and i choose the video and click add or open, it starts to add the video and then the screen like resets and the nero program restarts, and i try to add the video again and it keeps doing the same thing....i even restarted my pc and everything and i still get the same thing, i dont understand it tho because it lets me make cds all day long...any help would be appreciated, thanks
Hello. I'd probably reinstall Nero. You need to write down your program serial number first.
