nero erase disc

    what is the difference between quick-erase and full erase?

    The quick erase makes the disc appear to be empty (how exactly it works - don't know) - full erase physically erases the data and takes longer.
    I usually use a full erase.

    so if i do quick erase the data is still there then?

    From what I've read it's still there - but I've never tried to get it off though it's probably possible.
