I keep getting an illegal disc or burn failed error everytime I try to burn a dvd-r. I've been using Memorex DVD-R discs if that helps. Here's a log of a failed birn:

Your using almost all your memory, you need at least 512meg Ram to burn so I would suggest adding another 256meg.
In the meantime shut down all unnecessary progs

You have Roxio installed, it conflicts with Nero.

These need to be on , go here for guide
    http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/260038

Your choice of memorex discs, possibly the worst you can choose, try some Verbatim or Taiyo Yuden

I would also update Nero from here

    http://httpdl2.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18.exe
    http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/Nero-6.6.0.18.exe

Your firmware is one version behind, update from here
