    i have a problem
i have been downloading games and movies. now i do not have enough space on my hard drive. so i desided to make data dvds of my games. i have nero 7 premium. i used the burning rom at first. but i got a illigle disk error.

than i made an ISO image of the files that i have been wanting to download and used the other option in nero to burn an ISO on there but the problem was same.

i also tried to use MAGIC ISO to burn it on there but i got the trile version of MAGIC ISO.

After all of these tries i used roxio 6 which i also have on my computer. BUT in roxie they dont let u make or burn more then 2 GB of ISO image. so i was not able to do anything

for the nero 7 i do belive that when the error came it said illigle disk but it may be because of the type of disk i am using so i tried anotehr type of media. i used the sony and maxa. illigle disk may also mean that the version or nero is illigle or something

    plz i need help

if not than do u have any other Software that u can tell me about that can help me burn ISO immages to DVD

btw if u can help tell me if u want me to post the log file that i got from nero

i will also try to find the roxie log file.

    thx

This first version of Nero contained a few bugs, uninstall, run this clean tool http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then install this older more stable version
    http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?845

do not be tempted to install later versions.

Update to 1.33 from here ftp://ftp.hp.com/pub/information_storage/software/dvd420n_133.exe

Try to free up some memory, dont multitask while burning, consider adding a further 256meg RAM

You have Roxio installed, it clashes with Nero, to remove run this zapper http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml

while i am doing all the uninstallition and the rest.
    another question i was wondering

i used my portable drive to get data from main comp to my laptop and burned a dvd using the nero vision 6 from that comp but not on my main comp when i insert the dvd it shows that there is 0 mb free space and 0 mb used space. its like there is nothing on that dvd

    .....

wat is the reason for this??

If you have purchased a legitimate serial number then you should insert that number and Nero should accept it. If not keep trying or contact Nero
