Nero Express 6

    ok using cable modem to download movies dont take too long ..so when i go to burn the movie why does it take 68 hours for a 2 hour movie to burn...i have a brand new sony dvd burner and a fresh copy of nero express 6..also can you please tell me how to turn off the transcoding on nero 6?

    post a log, but it sounds like you need to turn on your DMA.

    Firstly you do not multitask while burning, turn off all unnecessary programs including spyware, make sure you have at 512meg RAM as minimum. Allow transcoding to run for a short while and see if that time figure drops, usually does.
    I dont believe you can remove the transcoding feature from Nero.
