why is it i can't get speed levels of less than 6x? i would like to burn at a lower speed, 2x or 4x. i usually creat a folder with one of my programs; recode2, shrink,dvd2one or clonedvd2. PS; please don't answer my question by telling me to use another software(imgburn or decrypter or whatever else) if you can't help me, just don't answer. i'm not being rude, just it happens that many people answer your questions by telling you to use some other program. nero is my preference when burning file folders. thank you.
@elizerroj Sounds like may be your burner and version of Nero. Example w/ my LiteOn SHW 160PS6 - with 16x speed media the lowest option in Nero 7.5.1.1 is 6x. With 8x media - 4x. Now w/ the Pioneer DVR108 - 16x media lowest is 4x and 2x for 8x media. Using 7.2.7.0 - I have the lower burn options w/ the LiteOn whether using 16x or 8x media. I use Taiyo & Verb. Both drives have the latest firmware. These options don't bother me - I prefer to burn at 8x or higher.
