Does the version of Nero that is available from Afterdawn here http://www.afterdawn.com/software/cdr_software/cdr_applications/nero.cfm include the feature that allows you to Continue a Multi-session disk, burning only new and changed files to the compilation? Thanks
Yes, AD's Nero is the most current and is the same you would find at the Nero website. Here is Nero's guide for creating a data disc with NeroVision Express3 ftp://ftp6.nero.com/Support_doc/PDF-Start/Data/Start-writing-BasicDataDVD.pdf As the guide says, just do not check the "Finalize DVD" box. That way you can write to the DVD again.
Apparently Nero is sold in several versions with varying degrees of features. I have already bought a version that, while it does have the ability to add files to a disc, it does not have the ability to compare the compilation folders on the cd to the originals on the hard disc, and then burn only the New and Changed files (essentially what some people refer to as incremental backups).
