Nero Freezing

    I downloaded the new Nero demo, but when I try to run the proggie, the mouse freezes before even trying to burn. It did this on both demos, 6.6.0.12 and 6.6.0.13.

    I'm using Win XP Pro, Service Pack 1, 384MB RAM, 1.66mhz.

    I've also noticed that once it starts freezing in Nero, the mouse will freeze on the desktop, even after I shut down Nero.

    Can anyone help?

    Hi Fiction,

    do you have any other burning software installed. I know Nero & Roxio software dont like each other & will conflict if you have both on your PC.
