In the middle of my burn process, my Nero just freezes. I put it on to burn overnight (I am burning a few episodes of a show) and when I wake up, I find that the process has stopped in the middle and is not going anywhere. Now, I don't know much about computers, and I saw that some people posted some of the information that must have come up on their computers. But, mine just freezes, and I didn't see any information button. Any ideas on how I can fix this? Atleast, does anyone know what might be causing it? Thanks for any help.
I don' know if this will help or not. I just installed Nero on my son's computer and it would freeze. I e-mailed Nero tech support and they e-mail me back and supplied me with a link for a download that DID correct the problem. But I don't know if our problems are the same
