Yep def need that log. Copy and paste the last log in the text file. The logs begin with NeroAPI, History File
Remember to remove the serial #'s - they begin w/ 1A.

    Hey boriken
Go into your c drive from my computer - the log will be located at c:program files>Ahead>Nero>historylog.text. Open up the text file and copy and paste the last log. This text will probably contain quite a few logs. Scroll down a new log begins with - NeroAPI, History File -.
I personally would not recommend 1click over Clone DVD2. But that's just my preference. You can do more w/ Clone. I prefer Nero Recode.

Thanks to all, I was so frustrated last night I started getting an error stating "pinnacle driver detected a problem etc, etc," I deleted nero6 and am trying to reinstall nero5.5 it used to work with shrink. but that for some reason is not going too well. Maybe I'll just stay in bed for a couple of days and wait murphy out.

Hope is not lost! Sounds like you have a conflict between Nero and Pinnacle. Your log would really help!
Since you un installed Nero you'll need to use their clean tool. Here's a link:http://ww2.nero.com/enu/General_CleanTool.html
Then I would reinstall Nero 6 w/o InCD.
