update your firmware to HYS5.....yours is HYS2, very old. Here: http://forum.rpc1.org/dl_search.php just put in your model # DW-G121A into the search and you'll see the update for your firmware! do it..... why: Firmware is programming that is inserted into a programmable memory area of your drive, thus becoming a permanent part of a drive. This 'software' is called firmware and can be updated with a firmware flasher. A firmware upgrade can add new functionality to your drive. Also bug fixes and improvements are done by firmware upgrades. that's why! your Nero 7 is a buggy version! change to a more stable version of Nero 7: use the cleaning tools first: Nero7 Clean tool http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then install a later version of Nero, 7.0.8.2 or 7.2.7.0 or 7.5.1.1 all available from this site 7.0.8.2 http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?845 7.2.7.0 http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?1493 7.5.1.1 http://www.filehippo.com/download_nero_7_premium/?1584 and try lowering your burning speed..... that's about it.
