For months I've backed up many of my dvd's with nero recode and I been using all kinds of dvd+-r's. Lately I bought Sony DVD-R 16x Accucore and when nero gets ready to burn it gives me a message: Illegal Disc. I've also tried dvd shrink...no go. My drive is _NEC DVD+-RW ND-6500A ....firmware version 2.81 What can I do? Edit out your serial number before someone pirates it. I cant see too much wrong with this log, I have noticed a lot of burn failures from members using version 7.5.1.1 so this may be a cause. You have Roxio installed, it clashes with Nero, to remove, run this zapper http://www.softpedia.com/get/Tweak/Uninstallers/Roxio-Zap.shtml
