I had a problem with my Nero, which was running fine, burning discs etc. I uninstalled the program then went with the install disc to try to reinstall it and it keeps saying an older version of the program was installed and when I press remove from the install wizard setup, it creates an error. I removed the Nero and searched for files and folders under the windows search, deleted all the necessary files I found, yet still I cannot reinstall the program. Please give me a heads up on this, as I am really getting mad at my computer and am about to break it. Running windows XP -Dan
hi Ummm? try installing the old nero again! then uninstall it from add/remove programs in control panel! then install new one!
You dont understand, I only have one Nero program. And i can't reinstall it because of the problems noted. Please read again and see if u can give me any ideas.
