I installed v7 worked ok..then I played a game which froze then I rebooted by resetting. Now Nero 7 wont work. So tried to uninstall and reinstall and repair and modify but get this message everytime: Shellmanager database corrupt or missing. Tried a restore as well. Got to be a reg thing so tried sfc /scannow ....nothing ....any ideas folks Cheers Codger
if you want to get red of Nero, uninstall it normally then fully remove using Nero's Clean Tools - http://ww2.nero.com/en/Clean_Tools.html
