Heres my situation: I recently installed Nero 7 Essentials on my computer. The program came with my dvd burner. When i try to use some parts of the program it says that i only have access for 30 days. Being the cheapo that i am i found a serial number and i entered it. It all seemed to work fine. But then i get a prompt saying that my serial # supports extra features that are not installed and it prompts me to update. It takes me to the Nero website and tries to uninstall the version that i have and replace it with nero 8. It all just freezes and does basically nothing. When i manually try to uninstall nero 7 it does not let me. ALl i want to do is just reinstall the original nero 7 essentials that i got with my dvd burner. Please help!!!
This is called "Piracy" and it's NOT supported on this forum so if I were you I wouldn't advertise the fact....you will NOT receive any assistance here with your problem.
