NERO KEEPS FREEZING

    ive been having alot of issues with nero....using version 7.0.8.2 and tried using older versions...

    I get it to work flawlessly sometimes but only for a short time....then it will freeze up when i try to load the AVI files to convert! What the hell is going on! Can i get another version or what should i do?

    How about posting a Nero History log, located here.

    Nero 7 history log location: Program Files>Nero>Nero 7>Core>NeroHistory.tx

    that way we can see exactly whats happening.

    i dont even get that far anymore....i mean when i am loading the AVI files....it will freeze when its trying to recognize all the files....and ive tried 30 different files...and it keeps freezing. I uninstalled...and it keeps freezing! What do i do>?
