Nero not recording - No Buffer activity

    Hope I'm posting in the right place.
    Had to re-image my HD recently; and now Nero does not record back-up dvd images to dvd's.
    It goes thru the motions but does not get past a small lead in.
    I have reinstalled Nero, dvd burner drivers/software, DMA is ok.
    Pasted the aspi file in Nero folders.
    Can't think of what else to do.
    But I am ripping with decrypter now and it also does not show any buffer activity.
    Any Advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Can you copy the very last section of your Nero Log and post/paste it here? Remember to "edit" out your Nero serial number that starts with something like 1A23 or 5C80 or 5C82. To get your Nero log, go here: C:\Program Files\Ahead\Nero\NeroHistory- for Nero 6 or C:\Program Files\Nero\Nero 7\Core\NeroHistory - for Nero 7.
