In order to use the software you need to download the archive and extracted it to a folder on your hard drive. The sofware offered contains a command line Nero Digital Audio codec without a graphical user interface! In case you want to try out the new integrated music service with a tasty slice of DRM, the "Urge" is being offered for a 14 day free trial as well. This service has offerings from the quite popular MTV and VH1. When designing Windows Media Player 11, we looked at the needs of a wide range of users—from people who are just getting started with digital media to discriminating audiophiles with very large collections on their PCs. By incorporating this feedback into the design process, we made some significant changes to the Player to deliver a simpler, more visual way to navigate music, video, and other digital media and further improve the overall experience.
