Does anyone know why the photosnap viewer might stop working periodically? The last time photosnap failed I uninstalled all Nero programs(also in order to get past that DVD Shrink issue-killed two birds-one stone-logic)Reinstalled the older version of Nero suite etc-no problems-all apps worked fine-photosnap worked fine etc. Then-almost like clockwork-a couple of months(almost)later the viewer stops working-and as I said, this has happened before. Is there some way without removing entire suite-or even just removing NVE alone(each time it fails)- to trouble shoot and fix NVE/photosnap viewer- and to seek out possible corrupt elements? Could it be a registry issue? This is a mystery to me-I use the viewer every day-but it shouldn't fail after a couple of months! Perplexed...
