nero problem

I am using ,or trying to use nero version 6.6.6.18 after downloading the updates and get error saying fatal error installation corrupt on one PC and on another one this programme requires advrcntr2/dll where do you find this dll as that one seems the easiest to sort out the corrupt downloads will be deleted

 

the question does ask: where are you downloading your nero version from to get such an error?

I seriously doubt if I would reccomend anyone to use this programme,I am looking for an alternative seeing the programme I was updating was one that I purchased from PC World so that is not a download and it annoys me to find that after purchasing an ORIGINAL that this happens

 

Try this, uninstall your Nero, run this clean tool, http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/en/Clean_Tools.html and then try for d/l from here, both packages

Thanks Gwen worked a treat won't be downloading from the german site as the Cleaner did not work at all once got that working managed to load it in.......still a few niggles with it though mainly on vision express once again thanks from Liverpool Uk
