i try burning a movie that i have saved on my computer an it says its burning it but when i take out the cd theres nothing writen on the disc.plz help me someone.before it would burn them good and then it started asking me to save the image before it would burn.plz help.
Which version of Nero are you using, Nero6 or Nero7. After the No. 6 or 7 there is 3 other numbers, example 7.0.8.2 or 6.6.0.18, this is what we want to see.
I AM USING NERO 7.0.1.2 ULTRA EDITION, AND I AM ALSO HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. I COULD ALSO USE SOME HELP!

Open StartSmart, locate Info tools and it will show you the version you have, post a log as requested.
