I'm constantly connected to the internet and I always get this error when I try to update Nero. It has been happening in the last few versions. Is anyone else having this same problem?

Here is also an image to show you I have the latest versions of the Nero programs.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Hi binkie - thanks for your reply. Thanks for the link but I'm kinda confused with what it says:
How old is this question and what do they mean when they say Nero 7 updates as of Jan 2006 can then be downloaded and installed directly over Nero? A friend of mine just purchased Nero and he said he had no trouble using the ProductSetup to update his.

Yeah it's an older one from last year when they had problems w/ updating 7 thru product center.
At one point looks they advised to uninstall Nero then install the new version instead of just installing over top the previous version.

Just me but I rarely use product center to install a new version - reason from the days of 6 when downloads took forever to download from their sites even with a fast connection. It was faster just to go aD or majorgeeks & download. And lately the servers seem to be running slow again. Or maybe just when I try :)

The product center update problem has popped up a few times here so just assuming it's not totally fixed for all.
