Am i able to burn movies i've downloaded even though i don't have a burner, or is it just a program to convert the files? I checked out alkohols tutorial on this subject and i noticed that after choosing nero vision, then choosing make dvd - dvd video, well after i choose nero vision i don't get the "make dvd" option, just make c.d.-video super video mini dvd make movie make slide shoe etc.... but no make dvd option, does this make a difference? and is it because i don't have a burner basically, even though i've downloaded nero (trial) and i don't have a burner , can i copy files on to a dvd-r?????
To answer what seems to be your main ?. No.. You must have a dvd burner to burn a dvd-r. Without a dvd burner is why the option to make dvd video is not there.
Thanks for the info,i'll read up on the info you provided and try to contribute in anywasy possible should a situation where i could help come up in the future. By the way what type of burner do you suggest i get and where from? I have a dell lat 610 laptop w/ windows xp it's about 2yrs. old thnks
I like pioneer and benq. Walmart sales a pretty nice hp burner that is lightscribe. The internal version is realy a benq. I know this because I have one of them from walmart. I am not sure about the external one but would think it is the same just in an external case.
thaks for the quick response, this is a great site, like i said i will try and contribute as much as possible, even though i'm not the most knowledgeable person in this field.i'm sure there'll be a time or two where i can drop my 2 cents!
