Nero Recode 2 Advanced Analysis frames/sec question...

    I've been using Recode 2 w/"Advanced Analysis" to compress, and my scan "frames/sec" rate seems to hover around 95-105. I noticed in Alkohol's guide that his seems to be around 250-300. I'm using an Intel P4 w/512RAM(I know, I need to up the RAM...). What are specifics that can bog down the scan, I would like to get it faster...Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...

    Someone correct me if I am wrong, but, I think that rate depends on how fast your drive is capable of ripping a particular format of disc.... Sounds like your drive rips @ 3-5X and his @8-10X...

    Using advanced analysis is the slowest setting you can use. About twice as long or longer to finish then if you do not use the analysis feature.

    I have not read the guide you mention, the above statement is based on my personal experience.
