Nero Recode 2

    I have just started using Recode 2 and loving it. One problem I have that I wish I could get the answer to. Why can't Recode 2 record DTS 5.1? Shrink can record with DTS 5.1. I know Shrink is a great program, but just want to try to live life with Shrink before Shrink is nolonger available for downloads.

    BTW, did a search and couldn't find anything similar to what I have posted.

    This is strange indeed. Did you "unchecked" it by accident?

    Nero is a great program, but I find that it sometimes does not integrate well with the codecs. So you may try analyse or reauthor the movies with Shrink, then burn with Nero.

    Here's the message I got:

    Due to patent license restrictions, Dolby Digital 5.1-channel decoding is not availble. This feature can be added by installing the Multichannel Plug-in.

    The message have 2 options:
    1-Find out more about the Multichannel Plug-in
    2-Purchase the Multichannel Plug-in now ($19.99 USD)

    I got Nero 6 by purchasing a DVD recorder. Maybe I only get some of the programs to only use it for 2 channel.
