Hi! Our Nero Recode does recognize files on the hard drive, loads them, and populates. However, on the next page when listing 'destination' only shows 'hard disk folder' and 'image recorder'. I tried to switch master/slave pins on the primary CD-RW and secondary DVD-RW, checked BIOS, updated drivers, and various other things at no avail. The same DVD drive was working fine in Windows 2K. This is Nero Recode 2 and Nero 7 Express in Windows XP. If trying to copy directly, Nero lists both drives correctly. Only Recode has this problem. Is there an obvious explanation for the drive missing in Recode? Thank you for your help! -Bahman
I know this is more of a "workaround" but couldn't you just have Recode record the file to an image and then use Nero to burn that image to a disk?
