This prevents the burn application gaining exclusive access to the burner, and sense code errors will happen - every time. Get rid of all packet writing utilities. They are more trouble than they are worth. use Nero 6.6.0.18... it's more stable: ok...... this is what you do: 1. save your serial # 2. uninstall Nero 3. use the Nero 6 Cleaning tools: http://ww2.nero.com/nero6/en/Clean_Tools.html 4. do a registry clean up, and if you don't have a program to do the job, get one free one here: http://www.ccleaner.com/download/ 5. defrag the hard drive 6. reboot 7. reinstall Nero 6: http://httpdl1.usw.nero.com/software/Nero6/Nero-6.6.0.18_no_yt.exe this is the stable version and I use this version myself! you'll be ok after this! enjoy.....
