Nero Recode Mpeg-4 to .AVI

    I need to make a MPEG-4 file to AVI so I can import it to Adobe Premiere 2.0. What are some options? And if it's not possible, what are some alternatives? Thanks for your time. And I already looked through the forums and guides...Nothing.

    Ok, nevermind, I can just recode it with Quicktime. Mods can lock or delete.
