I have downloaded the "free version" of Nero, with the program Nero Recode 2. But I can't open the actual coder part of the program(Copy DVD to Nero Digital -option), becouse it says that it's missing some plugins(Multichannel-Plugin and DVD-Video-Plugin). I've been trying to search for this plugin but it still won't start. The question I am asking is, is there a way to make this part of the program work. FREE way.
No, You have to update the software and download the plugin. But you have to pay for it. To do this you have to clik where it says that you need the plugins and connect to internet, then a new page will open and will ask you if you want to pay to update. If you choose to do so, follow the instructions. And they will e-mail you a new code that you have to set in your Nero. And after setting the new code and rebuting you computer, Recode 2 will be ready to use. By the way it is a great program to decode, shrink and burn your DVD's. You will also have to have Any DVD or DVD43 (free). It is a program that works in the bakcground of your system and dekrypts your DVD while shrinking. That is all you will need to make very good backups.
