Can someone tell me why i do not get the standard option for nero digital profile. Every one of my options is -avc, like mobile-avc, standard-avc.............i am using nero 6.6.1.4 and nero digital 3.1.0.25. Also note that on two other computers of mines everything works fine with this software. i'm trying to do dvd to mp4

when i said clean install i meant, you reformat your whole pc, take everything off and re install your windows operating system. All you have done is use the clean tools to clean up nero

well lets see , you put your windows operating disc in the drive and then restart your pc.

When it says boot from cd you press the enter key and it will start the process to format your whole hard drive.

You will follow all prompts but if you arent proficient in this i suggest you take it to some one who is
