   Lately I have been having trouble with the speed of Nero Recode. IT takes almost two hours to compile and burn the DVD. I don't remember this as being the norm. Anyone else have this type of problem?

   In Recode do you have Advanced analysis or High quality mode checked?
   Check to make sure your drive in DMA mode and not PIO.
