Nero Reloaded Error Message

Downloaded reloaded latest updates package 1 and 2.

In Recode when I click on Import to start analyzing the files I get the following error:
"Nero Recode 2 encountered a error and cannot continue. Failed to read from the file VTS_0l_0.VOB. The Paremeter is incorrect."

Worked fine until I downloaded the latest updates in reloaded.

I have re-downloaded package 1 and 2 4 times and still get the same error message.

I know it is not the dvd because I have tried several and then tried them with Shrink, Instant Copy, InterVideo DVD Copy 3 and they will back up with these programs. The only one that will not back it up is Recode. (Will not import the files).

The other programs within nero 6.6 reloaded work fine.

Anyone have any idea what is wrong and how to correct it???????
