I send the video file over to the dvd on Nero and it gives me this message You have added dvd-video content to a compilation type that will not result in a dvd-video compliant disc. to create discs that will work in a stand alone dvd player, please use dvd-video compliant type
hi need loads more info on what project type your doing? what files your starting with as much as possible pls...
I am trying to burn a dvd movie, I used DVD shrink to make the viedo t file and audio file. I am using nero to burn, but I get that message above saying it wont work in a dvd player when I move the video t file over for compilation. I am making a backup
ok, it sounds like your not putting the VIDEO_TS/AUDIO_TS in the right place in nero, your either not useing the DVD-VIDEO option wizard or your trying to add your folders into neros folders of video ts / audio ts (you must use DVD-VIDEO option as nero has to use UDF file structure) there must be only 1 set of folders! nero makes its own folders in dvd-video project mode, so, you drag over all the files (not folders) inside YOUR video ts into neros video ts folder... [***there is nothing in the audio folder*** to drag over - leave it alone...] or output from dvd shrink as ISO not files, its easyer then burn the 1 file iso with imgburn another free app! but also you can use imgburn on BUILD mode to add your folder of video ts also.
