I had to uninstall Nero 7 from my computer. I reinstalled from my last updated downloaded copy. When I install, it shows a serial number on the opening screen. After the install, I get the screen asking for name, organization, serial number. If I enter that serial number, it tells me that it is already on the computer and can only be entered once. I shows that I have a demo copy that will run out. How do I get the program to recognize that I am a registered owner?
